Donate button in example app links to non-existent nonprofit #43

After clicking donate you just see a loading-spinner forever. We should make it link to a real flow, or maybe it would make sense to have a testing mode that links into staging.every.org?

Currently, we have your-foundation in the config for the demo

i think it should still link to non-existent nonprofit but we should show you that you need to change that config at https://every.org/your-foundation
