Check (and correct) the user’s answers in the onboarding game #72

We want to get across the idea that they shouldn't just be guessing or indiscriminately pressing buttons. By saying "No, this is a man, you should press Male" or "Do you know this is a woman? You should press Skip" we can maybe train them a bit, before they're let loose on real data (where we obviously can't check their input!)

Tiny point, but I did actually click 'skip' for Yota Mauve and it still told me off for guessing.
