[Feature] Map signature overview mode/list mode #128

So, the ability to fairly quickly add and list the signatures of a system is very helpful both for W-space and K-space.

However i have found that when my primary goal is to use the mapper as an exploration aid, having to mouse over each system one by one to see when it was last scanned becomes a bit tedious.

Additionally, when used to share sig results among corp mates, in order to see what signatures a system has, it is required to pan to the system to select it (can be a decent amount of panning if it is a large chain/map), then pan down to the info pane, then select signatures. Doing this for each system to find if any interesting sites have been recently scanned is a bit difficult.

So, the idea i propose is a mode that could be toggled, that would instead of displaying the map, would display a table or list of systems.

The signatures could easily be listed in a short hand, for example:

could be represented as:

I really like what your tool can already do, and would love to see it grow to be the best for both WH mapping, and K-space exploration signature logging.

Well, I am an E-Uni member, and there are a good number of use that use a spreadsheet like the one I linked you, over this mapper tool simply because of the quick ability to see all the systems all at once, and all of their sigs all at once.

So, i can 100% say if such a feature were to be implemented we would more than likely swap over to the eve-wspace tool for its other great benefits. So, that's at LEAST roughly 50 E-Uni members that would love it to be added.

Also, i am sure that there are many others who would love the quick overview mode for both k-space and w-space, for many uses that i cant think of. :)

I'd like to second the motion for a list/table view of all signatures for a selected campus' map. However, the signature shorthand described above is inferior to the signature record clarity on the mapper.

Can none of the EUNI guys maybe code that themselves? Make them aware that this is an open source project if they don't know yet.

I like the idea though and will probably have a shot at it when I have some time.

My group is k-space based and this type of feature would be a great boon. I'm thinking of having system group lists that you can save or maybe attach to a map. So you can add which systems you want to show in the sig overview list. This feature is second on my list of things I want to work on in wspace, but I am merely a learning programmer so I'm not sure when I'll get to the level where I can effectively tackle something like this.
