Add image fading duration property. #19

This adds a property that makes Moa fade in images after download. Also i fixed the timezone in one test.

Thank you for your update @r-dent. I have to decline it, unfortunately, because I think image fading is out of the scope of this library. Just to keep to code simple. Sorry.

No problem! I´m using the code in one of my projects so it was not written for nothing. :-)
