This repository contains final Stata programs for Marcus et al, Acute Alcohol Consumption and Discrete Atrial Fibrillation Events, in Annals of Internal Medicine. The first, makedata.do, constructs Stata datasets for analysis from various input files from patient interview and monitor data. The second, analysis,do, runs all analyses, and includes a last section, reviews, which obtains statistics used in responding to the very helpful comments of the reviewers. More explanatory comments will be added to the coded soon.
