Hide debug driver from Connection dialog by default #65

The fact that the debug driver is shown in the Connection dialog is confusing and I don't think that it's used by anyone else than me.

So let's hide it by default and enable it using a command line parameter or the configuration file.

Enable the debug driver by setting "enable_debug_driver" to true in the configuration file.
