Add possibility to plot any added log cofigurations #95

It should be possible to plot any log configuration that has been created and validated. If the log configuration is not started, then it should be started when plotting and later stopped again if a new configuration is selected for plotting.

Merge of client logging updates. Note that this modifies the logging API. Closes #90 #91 #92.
