Figure 9: I could not understand this (granted, I am not a phylogeneticist). But, something seems wrong here. How can we compare PB1-PB1 TMRCAs to PB1-PB2 TMRCAs when PB1 and PB2 are not homologous? I have probably misunderstood something here.

Should the caption read "Normalized mean TMRCA statistics for different segment pairs"?"
