It would be useful, as comparison, to include a Supplementary figure similar to Fig 2, but with branches colored to show reassortment events involving the other segments (PA, NP, NA, MP, NS -- obviously this is a lot of combinations and a lot of trees, so maybe just show a representative subset).

Making that 8 MCC tree grid was a nightmare. I think the best thing to do here is to note that most other traits (PA, NP, NA, MP and NS) will switch once and be Yam (PA, NP, NA, MP) or Vic (NS) for the rest of the tree. Maybe point to Figure 5 to argue this?
