I didn't find any accession numbers or description of the data set in the Supplement. It would be useful to know how geographically representative the data set is. It certainly is possible that in a spatially biased data set certain variants (as in those with mixed PB1-PB2-HA complexes) could be under-represented.

Not sure what the best way of doing this is. Bar charts with countries or maybe just tables?
