The Peripheral API is implemented for Android. Add support also for iOS.

Why is this issue closed? There is still no Peripheral API implementation for iOS. Please re-open this issue and start working on it :)

@trancee In fact this issue was never closed, it is "Merge periperal branch" #92 that was closed!
