Set Autoware version to 2024/09/03 #132

  1. Since CUDA-related packages are broken since 2024/09/05, we set the Autoware version to 2024/09/03.
  2. When preparing Autoware, it will build Autoware models first. It avoids the initialization delay when launching Autoware.
  3. Users can set the model they want in env.sh
