Take a look at the index.html provided as a starter (or delete it if you don't want it).

but where is it?

Oops, I took that out just before pushing the published version. It was just the "starter template" provided with Foundation, some of which is irrelevant because Meteor is already linking the stylesheets and scripts. There are more sample templates provided at http://foundation.zurb.com/templates.php

I can take a look tonight and add it back in if that would be helpful.

Thank you, though I don't need it myself. You could just remove the reference in the README...

I uploaded a minor update (v4.1.6r2) which removes that line from the README. Thanks for spotting it, @awwx!
