Assemble markdown doesn't render properly on read the docs

The markdown parser is extremely naive, needs some refactoring to support better formatting. might be able to do something quick to get the bullets working. they get parsed as valid markdown , but read the docs renders differently

okay issue i had with this was fixed by putting a line break before the bullet list. Wont do a refactor of this yet as want to move on to more important things
