something cannot find in repository #220

The structure of the files is not matched with the document site. `mpi_settings.py' is missing.

Is there some experimental function? I see the file 'dataset_base.py' is not declared or used.

Thanks for pointing this out. mpi_settings.py is deprecated and the functionality has been moved to https://github.com/exalearn/EXARL/tree/master/exarl/base/comm_base.py; I will update the documentation. As for dataset_base.py, it is used in the develop branch IIRC.
