Selecciono la opción "usar decorators" y al ejecutar npm start:

Glimpse (Error PackageRequiredBeforeInit): The package 'dotenv' was imported before Glimpse was initialized. Glimpse may not capture data related to that package. module.js:472 throw err;

Me ocurrío el mismo error con un proyecto por defecto, al hacer npm start
