Optimal Mastodon Embed Dimensions/Config?

It looks like 400x200px might be the ideal dimensions when embedding Toots.

Raw Audio File Embed Via Google Drive

I've just discovered a way to embed audio players on Write.as thanks to this blog post.

However, apparently doing this is going to prompt anyone landing on the page to immediately download the mp3 file lol..
