Issue with Cache not being updated when needed #17

There are some holes where the Cache should be updated but it's not. Menu Edits/Deletes/Adds Plugin Edits/Deletes/Adds Player Modifications

Needs to be verified that issue is solved

Issue is defunct. The Plugin cache is fully working after being rewritten, Menu system will be updated with 1.2.1.5-6, Player cache has been completely removed and will be relooked at in the future.
