Loading the modified ucs on a big-ip system fails

Describe the bug Running the command "load sys ucs CPE-7-20-2022_modified.ucs no-license"

Produces error: "2022 Jul 20 09:58:33 ip-10-1-1-12.us-west-2.compute.internal load_config_files[13026]: "/usr/bin/tmsh -n -g -a load sys config partitions all " - failed. -- 0107134a:3: File object by name (/Common/DoD_CAs_12_7_2021) is missing.

WARNING: There were one or more errors detected during installation. Check the error messages and take the proper actions if needed. ERROR: UCS installation failed. Operation aborted. Unexpected Error: UCS loading process failed."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: On step 4 on the target system produces the above error.

Expected behavior The ucs should load.

Screenshots No Virtual servers are loaded because the ucs restore fails.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Centos 7 for docker, Windows 10 for ssh ucs restore
• Browser Firefox
• Version 102.0.1

Additional context I have the .ucs if you want to test it.
