Just think about Bootstrap customizer.

We should provide an interface over github-pages so people can configure and download a zip version of front-end files.

We can zip files with http://stuk.github.io/jszip/ and find inspiration in the bootstrap customizer (https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/blob/master/docs/assets/js/_src/customizer.js)

It will be the challenge of these easter holiday !
