Compile source code into a proper gh-pages orphan branch #28

We should be able to compile the source code and commit onto an orphan gh-pages branch. This branch will be served by GitHub and managed through a dedicated Trello Board (cf. #9 ).

That's all good! You just have to run npm run publish
