Please, can you elaborate a bit more?

As it's compiled to run on linux and mac, is there a way of volume-control for both platforms?

Ok, I think I get what you mean. A volume for the client itself. Ok, libspotify uses portaudio. Probably the portaudio library (https://github.com/gordonklaus/portaudio) gives the volume-control you're talking about. I'll try to check on that.

So that it is a bit like the original Spotify-Client. This would be practical, because i like to use sconsify in the fullscreen-console
