The excel-based calculator already integrates a sheet to follow some kpis, but it doesn't allow to compare the results of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan after implementation.

Introduction
The emissions calculator is part of a MRV methodology. MRV means Measurement, Reporting, Verification and the objective is to describe and follow the impact of actions that have been implemented. The calculator serves the measurement of GHG emissions of the current situation (model based on the transport activity information) and of the different scenarios of action that could be implemented. The challenge now is to see how the tool can be used for the other requirements of a MRV methodology : how to measure, report, compare results from a year Y to the year Y+5, for example
