Nav Bar #106

Hi @gabrielperales, I hear you are working on the the site, especially the nav bar! that is great to hear.

There are a few areas we are starting to put together, and wondered if you are still ok to make some changes to the nav bar.

If you have a look at the following nav bar that is the kind of style we are going for. so translucent to start with and then as we scroll to different sections it will become sticky.

Don't worry about the colours we can change them when we figure out the colour scheme.

Hi, also wanted to add, when using the website in IE, the nav bar was basically non-existent: img10 I'm not sure whether this is the right issue to discuss this error, but here goes @sohilpandya (The nav bar style you're describing sounds really cool!)
