[website] Auto-generate Docusaurus docs from README.md, cleanup docs #7

As promised, extends make_docs.sh to auto-generate the overview.md docs based on README.md. Note this means that the overview.md doc is empty from within the repo

Also cleans up some misc docs (about Balance)
