Use 1N4448 instead of 1N4148 where appropriate #34

The 1N4448 has a guaranteed forward voltage of 0.73V for currents below 5mA. The 1N4148 has a guaranteed forward voltage of 1V for currents under 10mA.

This means if the current is <5mA, only 1N4448 guarantees to stay under the .8V TTL Vil upper limit
