Set IC values to correct family

In 1.1A: Some ICs have old/wrong family type values, like 74125D instead of 74LVC125D, and appear as such in the bom. These values should be updated

• IC3 -> 74LVC125D
• IC7 -> 74LVC138D
• IC14 -> 74LVC14 - this is actually wrong in the BOM, where a 74LV14 is used (but seems to work nonetheless)
• IC18 -> 74LVC06
