Add option to delete obsolete files when doing a copy-froom #83

Add an option to delete obsolete files when doing a copy-from. The option should be passed to rsync. Extending the rsync service, so we can pass any options to rsync would be very nice.

This needs some kind of test coverage, as it can be dangerous and har live/production data
