Kubernetes integration #91

This PR will

add a scaffolder for scaffolding definition files for kubernetes
add a shellprovider to interact with a shell from a running pod
add a new command k8s to run specific subcommands against the definition files
integrate the whole thing into the existing workflows of phabalicious, e.g. deploy

Needs more work

copy-from fails, workaround is to use get:sql-dump and restore:sql-from-file
