many settings arent calling for a reload like they should #19

for example when changing bottom panel/top panel toggle from off to on or vice versa.. it wont apply due to it requiring a reload. After a reload it does but normally with toggles which require a reload a prompt will pop up stating so within svui. For these two specifically, i dont "recall" them requiring a reload previously and maybe that is in fact the bug. Maybe they dont call for a prompt because they dont need it and for some reason they are needing a reload now. I know a lot of the dock settings used to be toggle'able in real time but Ive used this for so long with the same config that ive forgotten.

minor relative to alot of the other stuff im sure, but could cause a ton of tickets here without people realizing things require a reload to apply in certain cases.

If you can supply some examples I'll look into it.

okie dokie, will start compiling a list :)

(basically anything you change in settings that doesnt apply in real time but does after a /rl should be calling for, or asking for confirm on a rl like some of the major settings still do)
