Empty resolve meter appears for WindWalker Monks #4

@klepp0906 says: as windwalker monk even with the resolve meter toggled off in settings, a black/empty resolve meter bar pops up next to my unitframe. (ww never even HAD resolve!) not sure if this happens with other specs/classes.

Further reading tells me that Resolve is gone from Legion... hence I've removed it from the unitframes. If you're still seeing a resolve bar after this, then it's some other Addon doing it :)

Now I understand the issue. this bar also appears for me until I first go into combat when it disappears.

I think this is actually an oUF incompatability... the version of oUF embedded in SVUI is pre-Legion release and I think many of the issues relating to unitframes etc. are as a consequence of this.

Now that I know where to look I can properly sort it.

I'll try to get my head around oUF this weekend and see what I can do for the unitframe issues.
