broken on both player and target (ddidnt check things like pet target or target of target but assume its broken for/on all)

This worked for me after a relog.

@jonnyapps Thanks that gives me a good idea where to look for the bug (likely that the setting isn't being reloaded after it's changed). Probably related to #19
