Output identifier in minid:xxxx format following minid identifier query #1

The command minid minid:b9q119 gives this response:

... Identifier: ark:/57799/b9q119 ...

The response should give minid:b9q119 as the identifier, not ark:/57799/b9q119. Mike D'Arcy suggests that: "That has to be fixed in the server. The server should also be able to handle the minid prefix during queries, which it doesn't."

I have a PR open that translates these values on the client side, here. It wont help @bheavner directly, but he could do something similar in his R code.
