Implement modified Hudgin geometry. See also discussion in #28

Has anyone got suggestions for this. It seems quite impossible to implement it in the same way as Fried and Southwell due to the fact that everything is shifted and it is in a weird pattern. 2014-06-21 15 06 11 I was thinking about the configuration in the image. However then I would need to create fake phi's and I would already need 35 phi's (both real and fake).

So if someone has got a clever way of computing it, more than welcome!

Could it be an idea to use a different numbering for this type of geometry, as you already used ( i presume) in the bottom picture. (So point 1,1.5 becomes 1,2 etc.)

If you preceed from there, you can at least reconstruct the wavefront. If it can then be used in the DM is another matter, but at least it is something...
