[WFR] Modal reconstruction #59

Matlab files to create the regression matrix (equivalent to G) for the modal reconstruction were added in the branch modalRec.

The file has to be converted to Python.

Are you going to do that or do we have to do that? Or do we work together on this? BTW the files are not there yet ;)

I don't know if I'll have the time. So I suggest we disregard my initial plan and work together on this, as you suggested.
