Changes:

Updated to use new mainWFS.py which has the lenslet array for the numerical solution
Improved plot aesthetics
Removed SingleLens.py which is no longer needed
Attempted to improve readability and modularity

Here all the figures open at once. (By just running the script from command-line).

This can be merged, but I prefer to leave it for after merging the things that are necessary to get the main loop running.

Everything is alright. The figures show up all at once and the error between the analytical and the numerical is shown as well.

I was expecting a bigger error in the regions further away from the center. But the implementation with the Bessel function seems OK.
