commit working weather API loop #24

Fair bit done here

Fixed some bugs from Thursday
Incorporated the unixTimestamps array to include in the weather API loop
Created the weather API loop to get data for every year
Very basic rendering of data to the page (needs to be styled using Tailwind)
Tried to add as many comments as possible to explain what I've done
