Shen annot #10

Hi.

I think something must have gone wrong with the projectsion of the shen atlas. The vertices do not seem to be correctl.

Ya, just like the last issue, I don't have the original data to look at anymore... nor do I have the time! So I'll just have to un-support it for now. One thing which is odd to me... is that opening the annot file in freeview 7.2 results in a segmentation fault....weird stuff! I wasn't working with this version when originally compiling this data. For what it's worth... I think the data extending into the midline is a result of the subcortical volumes being projected there... surely doesn't make sense for a surface though!

No worries, at least you know somethings wrong here. I think its more than just projecting into the midline, it looks to me like the vertices are jumbled somehow. I dont know.

Anyway, thanks for the repo!

Ya ya ya I used this code to do the projection and if I remember at the time... I thought it was pretty cool and I thought it looks fine... I don't know where things went wrong... but something weird happened! I urge you to check out that code if you want to project volume to the surface though... it's great!
