[Feature]: playlist settings #2497

Description

Return the display of playlists to the way it was before. For those who do not need synchronization with piped.

Suggested Solution

  1. Ability to disable the piped tab from the playlist.

  2. Exclude pinned playlists from playlist.

This does not make sense because login to piped isn't connected directly to play songs in local... i play piped songs also if my login isn't active.

I can add enable option in settings for this
