Probably would be best to have some sort of prompt that displays whenever it is activated:

By enabling, you agree that the app developer is not responsible should an accident occur as a result. You agree that no driver will use this feature while driving and that you will click this icon again before switching drivers.

That could be good. But you could also somehow use android auto API to block the feature when driving but then no lyrics for the passenger.
