Steps to reproduce the bug

I saw the Japanese translation on Crowdin.

Expected behavior

Why are automated submissions? Would this be an English candidate override and improved translation by AI? (Answering this question will leave you with documentation.)

If you want to continue this automatic submission:

• Remove all approvals by fast4x. (Already removed in Japanese)
• Inform translators to use the voting system. (When granting proofreader privileges, do not remove translator privileges. The translator privilege is a voting privilege.) The voting will function without a proofreader.
• If fast4x auto-submits it's vote 0. If there is more than one vote, its translation will be displayed. (If the votes 0 each other, the newest one will appear in the app.)

Actual behavior

The developer will register English as a translation on Crowdin. (or machine translation?) Not sure why the "%s" disappeared in this example.

I want the authority of both proofreader and translator. You made me a proofreader only. I no longer have translator privileges and can't vote.

Hmmm, it is not a lack of Proofreader. Proofreader means similar to administrator. Because it is the authority to approve and lock translations. When a mistranslation is locked by approval, it needs to be unlocked.

Translators have voting rights. Translations for which you have collected voting points will appear in the app. To make effective use of the voting system, approval must be removed.
