Update link to HackMD meeting notes for 2024 in the template for the reminder we usually send through Mattermost.

Great. I think the second time is wrong. I think they should be Friday 00:00 GMT and not Thursday at 00:00 GMT.

Those meetings are Thursday 16:00 PDT for me, so that it's already Friday in GMT.
