Burocrata is a CLI tool that does what that script did. We can now replace it in all our repositories. Doing this means adding Burocrata to the development environment and adding the license notice text to pyproject.toml.
Start by opening Pull Requests on each repository listed above.
Optionally, we can open Issues on each repository if further discussion specific to that repository is needed.
