More logical parameter order #32

@cglewis I reordered the parameters a bit; there are a lot of parameters but the idea is that this adds some flexibility if in the future we want to test different configurations or to test something other than the default values. For example, we could add a test to see what happens when nohup is set but CONFIG_STAT_RELOAD=0.
