Request for CSV from Account Snapshot #81

Hey, found this extension via a google search. I can't believe Betterment doesn't have a CSV download option for all activity.

I do have one request/idea - would you be able to do this for the Account Snapshot document? This doc contains data for up to a year - Holdings, Dividends, Activity. You can create one by going to Documents and selecting "Generate account snapshot".

If I have time I can dive into the code and see if this is possible but wanted to bring it up here in case you've already done the work or plan on doing it in the future.

Actually this isn't needed since you have the csv for Download All option on the Activity page.
