Add contributors file? #111

Should we include a list of contributors and replace my name in the copyright header with something like FreeIPA FAS Contributors?

The current list of contributors in alphabetical order is:

* Aurélien Bompard
* Christian Heimes
* Michael Scherer
* Rick Elrod
* Ryan Lerch
* Stephen Coady

@abompard, I submitted #148 not quite long. Kindly review.

One question though... would it be okay if we use a GitHub action to update the contributors file whenever there's a new contributor? I can give it a try if you'd love me to.

@kaf-lamed-beyt Sorry for not replying earlier. It would be nice to update this file with a Github Action indeed, if you're still up to try it :-)
