Cryo Synoptic settings not functioning #19

Issues with Cryo-related Synoptic displays not allowing settings. Linden Carmichael notified.

Linden is at ICALEPCS. Ops first verifying issue limited to Synoptic, not a general front end issue.

Ops have verified that they can make settings to other devices from Synoptic. I think the next step is to try setting from the parameter page to the FE.

Ops followed up with the cryo group, they are currently investigating if this is a network issue at their PLC.

The cryo group have determined it is a network switch at CTF. The Elog entry mentioned they will contact Controls.
