D46 Java Array Datalogger does not open #27

Describe the bug

I get a could not read or parse JNLP error window when I try to open D46.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to D46
  2. Observe error window

This may not have been working for a while. The usage is really low and when I tried to contact people about it, they didn't remember. This seems to launch fine elsewhere, it's just the index page launch that's a problem.
