Java build is broken #28

Describe the bug

Java builds are failing with the error:

jarsigner: unable to sign jar: java.io.IOException: Premature EOF

This broke when we moved to the Alma 9 install of daesrv.

Affected system

finstrom commented 8 months ago

Timestamp service issue was resolved by John DeVoy. The java build is working again.
