Console JNLP erroring #53

Describe the bug

When attempting to load a java app via an index page (for example I60, DALE) are large amount of JNLP errors are thrown for about 5m before the program (sometimes) launches. At times when the application does not launch, an "Application title was not found in manifest..." message is thrown.

To Reproduce

@kjhazelwood I do not see any delay in the program launch, but I do see all the output from Web Start. Can you try clearing the Java Web Start cache using itweb-settings on the clx?
